Our team of production pro’s travel the globe producing events in often unfamiliar venues, whilst always maintaining the level of execution and professionalism that our clients have come to expect.
President and producer Matt O’Donnell has been twice nominated for Canadian event industry awards, and took home the Star Award for Most Outstanding Event in 2008.
Sustainability – at Tantalus we work hard to implement eco-friendly and sustainable practices into the design considerations of our events. We work with likeminded supplier-partners to provide the latest technology and environmentally responsible solutions to reduce environmental impact, and minimise an events environmental footprint. Where possible we utilise recycled, recyclable or reusable materials, low energy lighting (LED’s), and partner with suppliers for “green” gifts and packaging, and organic or ethically sourced food and beverages.
